Welcome to the website of White Crown Transportation & Rentals. By booking a tour, transportation service, or vehicle rental through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking & Reservations

  1. All bookings must be made through our website or through an authorized representative of White Crown Transportation & Rentals.

  2. A valid name, email address, and phone number must be provided at the time of booking.

  3. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is sent.

  4. Customers are responsible for ensuring all booking details (date, time, number of guests, and pickup location) are correct.

2. Payment Terms

  1. Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  2. Payments may be made using the payment methods available on our website.

  3. Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

  4. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour may receive a 50% refund.

  3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

  4. If a tour is cancelled by White Crown Transportation & Rentals due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons, customers will be offered either:

    • A rescheduled date, or

    • A full refund.

4. Changes to Bookings

  1. Customers may request changes to their reservation by contacting us.

  2. Changes are subject to availability.

  3. Additional fees may apply for certain changes such as upgraded vehicles or additional passengers.

5. Tour Participation & Safety

  1. All guests must follow the instructions of tour guides and drivers at all times.

  2. Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and local communities.

  3. Any guest behaving in a dangerous, illegal, or disruptive manner may be removed from the tour without refund.

  4. Certain tours may involve physical activity, and guests participate at their own risk.

6. Vehicle Use & Responsibility

  1. Guests must treat all vehicles and equipment provided by White Crown Transportation & Rentals with care.

  2. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional charges.

  3. Smoking, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior in vehicles is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  1. White Crown Transportation & Rentals is not responsible for:

    • Personal injury

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings

    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  2. Guests participate in tours and transportation services at their own risk.

8. Weather & Force Majeure

Tours may be modified, delayed, or cancelled due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or issue refunds where applicable.

9. Photography & Media

By participating in our tours, guests consent to the use of photos or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

10. Privacy

All personal information collected during the booking process will be used only for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where required to complete your booking.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
